Painpal (powered by Cogniant.co) empowers users for self-management of chronic pain nudging to help them monitor their pain intensity, pain interference, mood, document their thoughts, and set goals. As users continue to document their diary, Painpal assembles comprehensive reports that documents the users behavioural progression. These reports are reviewed by the user interactively, allowing the user to become aware and then empowered to manage their own care. Based on research done by psychologists, physiologists and chronic pain clinicians, the app uses background location information to make sense of user’s activity data. App wants to understand user’s real-time behaviour and based on that suggest some mini interventions like mindfulness videos and real-time notifications which will encourage activity and to manage chronic pain. This helps increase user engagement and to be a more effective tool for keeping track of chronic pain conditions.**Currently the app is INVITE ONLY and needs access code to login** If you would like to get the invitation code, please email at -
